The Company was established in Swansea, NSW, in 2000 by Registered Surveyor Stephen Lawler. Since this time the firm has grown to include a software development branch with the common focus on automation of information management systems.

SurDevel is located in the CBD of Newcastle.

SurDevel bases it's operations upon the utilisation of the latest systems and technology in the development industry, including GPS and the most sophisticated information management packages available.
