SurDevel Pty Ltd specialises in the surveying and project management of urban and rural subdivisions, and
is involved in many large residential projects within the Hunter, and other regions of New South Wales and
Queensland.
The company was established in Swansea, NSW, in 2001 by Registered Surveyor Stephen Lawler. Since this time, the
firm has grown to include a software development branch, with a number of skilled employees under its wings,
whose common focus is the automation of information management systems.
SurDevel bases its operations upon the utilisation of the latest systems and technology in the development industry,
including GPS, and the most sophisticated information management packages available. The structure of the company
is driven by research into efficient, automated office and field systems, in conjunction with traditionally valued
survey practices.
